Registration
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, virtual visits and chat rooms. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received either through the online system or in the Conference’s bank account. Below please find relevant registration fees that will apply for delegates, students and observers.

A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference (Mrs Christia Loulli, email: smartevents@cytanet.com.cy)

Participants will be able to interact lively with exhibitors and Contacts exchange with attendees
Meeting Hub / Networking
A social tool for the event. Attendees can use it to locate each other by searching by their personal information or interests that were entered in a questionnaire upon logging in. They can request to connect with someone, and, if accepted, they can exchange messages with them or even start a private video call at any point during the event.
Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat (Mrs Christia Loulli, email: smartevents@cytanet.com.cy). Cancellation notification received before January 15th, 2021 will be refunded excluding an 80 € administration fee. Cancellation received between January 15th and February 15th, 2021 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after February 16th, 2021 or for no-shows. Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.
Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the III International Symposium on Soilless Culture and Hydroponics Secretariat.
