Registration

Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, tours and social events. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received either through the online system or in the Conference’s bank account. Proof of payment must be submitted at the Congress Registration Desk. Below please find relevant registration fees which will apply for delegates, students and accompanying persons.

Information on a large choice of additional cultural, entertainment and tourist programs will be also available. A 15% discount in the Venue Hotel spa treatments will be also provided.

Post-symposium tour fee includes:

Transfer from Venue Hotel to Nicosia
2 nights (13^th and 14^th of June) in Hilton Hotel on bed and breakfast basis

Transfer from Nicosia to Larnaca (LCA) airport

Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat (Ms. Antia Orphanides, email: a.orphanides@cut.ac.cy). Cancellation notification received before April 30^th, 2014 will be refunded excluding an 80 € administration fee. Cancellation received between May 1^st and May 31^st, 2013 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after June 1^st , 2014 or for no-shows. Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.

Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the V International Postharvest Unlimited Secretariat.

Congress badges

Congress participants are kindly requested to wear their Congress Badges at all times for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.
