Transportation to Venue Hotel

The Organizing Committee is kindly asking you to send to Mrs Antia Orphanides (a.orphanides@cut.ac.cy) your itineraries in order to organize transportation from the airport of Larnaca airport to the Venue Hotel. Transportation will be scheduled at certain times of the day as follows:

June 9, 10:00

June 9, 15:00

June 9, 19:15

June 9, 21:30

A member of our team (Ms Egli Georgiadou, cell phone: +357-99666912) will welcome you at the arrivals hall and indicate the way to the shuttle bus. She will be located at a prominent space in the hall, next to our conference banner.

Regarding departures, apart from the two buses leaving after the end of the conference (13/6/14, 16:00) for Larnaca (city and airport) and Nicosia (post-symposium tour participants and anyone wanting to travel to Nicosia) we will have a shuttle bus after the end of the scientific program (13:00) towards Larnaca airport. Please remember to indicate your preference during attendee registration (9/6/14 and 10/6/14). We have tried to accommodate most of you, but please ensure that you will have plenty of time at the airport as per your airline’s instructions, keeping in mind that travel time to the airport is around 1:30 hours. 

 Delegates arriving to Pafos airport should have to make their own arrangements.
