*Individual Student Health Card (ISHC): The Individual Student Health Card (I.S.H.C.) has been established since 2014 as a supporting document for the registration of children at the nursery school and at the 1st and 4th grade of the Primary School, the 1st grade of Secondary school and the 1rst grade of High school. It is a medical certificate given after the students’ medical examination aiming to monitoring their health during their studies.​ The ISHC is usually compiled at the end of the previous grade and at the beginning of the corresponding grade at an appointment scheduled by the parents at a private practice or at a public health center.
