We are delighted to invite you to attend the VI International Symposium on Post-harvest Pathology: Innovation and advanced technologies for managing postharvest pathogens organized under the aegis of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and the International Society for Plant Pathology (ISPP).
The upcoming symposium will take place for the first time in Cyprus in Limassol/Lemesos from the Cyprus University of Technology (Cyprus), Department of Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology & Food Science, from the 29th of May till 2 of June 2022, and will tackle the main issues related to postharvest management of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers.

Welcome
This international conference will be a forum to bring together researchers, academics and industry professionals to share knowledge and contribute to basic and applied research. This symposium will focus on innovative technologies for preservation of edible food and stored products. Scientific and entrepreneurial specialists will highlight the management of post-harvest chain to satisfy consumer demands (conservation process, protection and distribution up to retail sale and consumption). We hope the meeting will promote the exchange of ideas and international cooperation and collaboration among researchers. The congress will be comprised of plenary and ordinary sessions, workshops and poster display sessions that are expected to provide new knowledge and promote scientific dialogues during the conference.
