Registration

Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, tours and social events.  Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received either through the online system or in the Conference’s bank account. Proof of payment must be submitted at the Congress Registration Desk. Below please find relevant registration fees which will apply for delegates, students and accompanying persons.

A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference (Mrs Carmella Auricchio, email: smartevents@cytanet.com.cy)

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception event
  • Gala dinner
  • Excursion (field trip, traditional lunch)
  • Daily tour to Nicosia or Pafos

Information on a large choice of additional cultural, entertainment and tourist programs will be also available.

One-day registration fee includes:

  • Official conference program and participant’s package
  • Lunch and mid-session coffee/refreshments breaks
  • Gala dinner

Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat (Mrs Carmella Auricchio, email:smartevents@cytanet.com.cy). Cancellation notification received before March 31th, 2021 will be refunded excluding an 100 € administration fee. Cancellation received between April 1st and April 30th, 2021 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after May 1st, 2021 or for no-shows. Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.

Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the VI International Symposium on Post-harvest Pathology Secretariat.

Congress badges

Congress participants are kindly requested to wear their Congress Badges at all times for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.
